Limitation
We identify decisions for which the data is insufficient.
Without consent. The browser contacts only QAZ.FARM. The decision version, date and one Analytics switch are stored locally; an expired decision is removed no later than 180 days later.
After consent. Three providers may process the IP address, approximate region, browser and device information, opened pages and interface interactions. For the response “Did you find what you were looking for?”, only the page path and a selected reason from a closed list are sent; for an empty search, only the fact of the empty result is sent, without the query text. QAZ.FARM does not configure transmission of search values, forms and calculators, IIN, BIN, telephone, email or exact coordinates; advertising storage remains prohibited.
Providers. The policies of Google, Yandex и Microsoft. They independently determine infrastructure and retention periods in their services.
Withdrawal. The permanent Privacy settings link lets you prevent further loading, delete available cookies and reload the page. Consent is not a condition of access. The technical implementation does not replace the owner’s final legal assessment under the Kazakhstan Law on Personal Data and Their Protection.
